-Policy Statement
The following guidelines have been established by Rapindustry.com to govern various aspects of Advertising. For these purposes, "Advertising and Advertisements" include banner, button, and contextual Advertising, Sponsorship Messages, and Promotions. These regulations govern issues such as acceptance of Advertisements and Promotions by Rapindustry.com, the manner of display of Advertisements and Promotions on the Rapindustry.com Site, and the removal of Advertisements and Promotions from the Rapindustry.com Site. Rapindustry.com has sole and absolute discretion with respect to interpretation and enforcement of this policy and all other issues associated with Advertising and Promotion on the Rapindustry.com Site. Rapindustry.com may change this policy at any time in its sole discretion by posting a revised policy to the Rapindustry.com Site.

Rapindustry.com has sole discretion for determining the types of Advertising and Promotion that will be accepted and displayed on the Rapindustry.com Site, and under no circumstances shall Rapindustry.com's acceptance of any Advertisement be considered an endorsement of the product(s) and/or service(s) advertised or for the company that manufactures, distributes, or promotes such product(s) or service(s).

Rapindustry.com will not accept Advertising that, in Rapindustry.com's opinion, is not factually accurate and in good taste. Rapindustry.com will not permit at any time the placement of any Advertising for illegal or objectionable products. Advertising must not contain fraudulent, deceptive, or offensive material, including material that misrepresents, ridicules, or attacks an individual or group on the basis of age, color, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or handicap. No Advertising shall be permitted which may injure the good name or reputation of Rapindustry.com or the Rapindustry.com Site.

Rapindustry.com retains the right to dictate the form and substance of all editorial content appearing on the Rapindustry.com Site.

Rapindustry.com shall not be liable for failure to deliver email advertisements because of electronic failures or due to email filtering by ISP's and subscriber's third-party email filtering programs.

Rapindustry.com reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove at any time any Advertising from the Rapindustry.com Site for any reason and will provide prompt notice to the advertiser upon rejection, cancellation, or removal of any Advertising, together with an explanation following the rejection, cancellation, or removal. Rapindustry.com reserves the right to determine the appropriate placement of the Advertising on the Rapindustry.com Site.

It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws, including applicable laws and regulations of regulatory bodies. Rapindustry.com will not monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations. However, Rapindustry.com reserves the right to review all Advertising for compliance with applicable laws and regulations and, if Rapindustry.com becomes aware of any breach or potential breach of any applicable law or regulation or of these guidelines, Rapindustry.com may remove the Advertising. In no event shall Rapindustry.com be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost sales or profit, lost data, business interruptions or attorney's fees) even if notified in advance of such possibility.

No refunds will be given after the advertising Start Date. Start Date is the date the ad is scheduled to run in the agreed outlet(s). Cancellations previous to the start date by advertiser or representative are not effective until confirmed by Rapindustry.com. No refunds will be given if refund request is received by Rapindustry.com after the published closing date for Advertising reservations. However, credit of payment will remain on file towards future placement with Rapindustry.com.

Advertisement from companies with unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau are also subject to be removed from Rapindustry.com without refund.

Intellectual Property Rights
Each party to this agreement owns its respective website and the material and content on its website. Advertiser grants Rapindustry.com the non-exclusive license to set up and display the customer's advertisement and to link to the advertised site during the scheduled time period for the ad. Nothing else in this agreement grants to one party any right, title, or license to the other party's intellectual property rights.

By advertising with rapindustry.com, the client acknowledges that all payments are final, partial payments or otherwise.

Your Consent
By placing any and all advertising orders with Rapindustry.com, Advertiser agrees to the above Advertising Policy.
