Foxy Brown has been sentenced to three years probation for an assault case that was prolonged for more than two years. Although she attempted to withdraw the initial guilty plea she filed, Judge Melissa C. Jackson rejected the appeal and imposed her sentence. Under the plea bargain, Brown is instructed to enroll into anger management classes. “I’m innocent,” pleaded Foxy, claiming her lawyers rushed her into making a decision to avoid jail time. Well at least she didn’t get any jail time! She should be thankful for that much!

The Diva with a ‘tude!!!! Miss Naomi Campbell has been arrested yet again for attacking her “drug counselor” this past Tuesday, October 24th. According to the Daily News the woman claimed to be “scratched all over” her face after the attack. According to her lawyer, David Breitbart, Campbell was in London trying to renew her visa to work in the United States and was required to take some drug tests for that process. This is the same woman who just missed her court date in September to address charges that she hurled a cell phone at her former maid, Ana Scolavino, hitting her in the head. UPDATE!!!! The IRS has found Wesley Snipes, although he has no plans on returning to America anytime soon! He is currently in Namibia, working on a new film tiled, Gallowwalker. According to VIBE.com, producer of the film Joanne Reay stated that, although he is wanted for tax fraud, Snipes has no plans on returning to America until the third week in December. He needs to develop a hustle to save his life before he returns to bars and bologna sandwiches for dinner!!

Prodigy & Alchemist Arrested For Gun Possession. According to the NY Post, Alchemist and Mobb Deep’s Prodigy were arrested early yesterday for gun possession after making a U-turn in a $120,000 bulletproof SUV, police said. Prodigy was driving the car east on West 30th Street when it turned left on Ninth Avenue and headed north - the wrong way - then made a U-turn to get into a parking spot.Cops spotted them and pulled them over.

She’s in the money!!!! Ex- Source Magazine editor, Kim Osorio hit the jackpot after she sued hip-hop’s well known magazine for sexual discrimination, claiming that she was unjustly fired back in 2005. While working at the magazine, Osorio stated that she endured photos of barely clothed women and obscene conversations where vulgarities were thrown randomly on a day-to-day basis. The magazine claims that Osorio was fired due to missing deadlines and being a poor leader but according to the tapes, these magazine executives weren’t the most professional people themselves. “I felt like I was defending hip-hop,” said Osorio. “ I hope that people in hip-hop will understand the significance of this.” I would hope they did also!

Mya Gives a response to the claims that 50 Cent slept with her. She insists the claims from 50 are false. She tells Complex magazine, "He claimed to have slept with me and that's totally incorrect. If that's how you choose to succeed then karma's a bitch. "I don't have time for that small bulls**t."

Rapper / Actor Busta Rhymes beat a weapons possession charge on Monday! He was originally arrested on August 19th for allegedly kicking 19-year old Roberto Lebron after his [Lebron’s] spit hit the rapper’s SUV near Gramercy Park after the AmsterJam Festival on Ranall’s Island. During the arrest, a 10-inch machete was found in the rear pocket of the SUV in which Rhymes was a passenger, however the judge found no cause to indict Rhymes on the charge. The rapper still awaits his pending assault charge and is due back in court on Dec.11.

On the flip- side of things, America’s Next Top Model winner, Eva Pigford has plans to host her very own model reality show. The show titled, “My Model Looks Better Than Your Model,” promises to take the makeover genre to a whole new level. The show features three contestants instead of the 13 “gorgeous ladies” who attempt to survive the ANTM makeover. These three contestants are assigned a weekly fashion theme, which they need to execute on professional models with their personal style including help from the fashion industry’s best in clothes, makeup and hairstylists. Sounds like an ANTM meets Project Runaway, project if you ask me. But who’s asked me right???
