HAPPY
B-DAY ALICIA KEYS. It was supposed to be Alicia Keys' 27th birthday
party, but Kimora Lee Simmons took center stage when she got into a
bizarre screaming fight with another woman Wednesday night. According
to the New york Daily, The bash at club "Bed" started out
mellow, with Keys hanging out with her boyfriend, Kerry (Krucial) Brothers,
and pals like Clive Davis, Missy Elliott and Common. But minutes after
everyone had sung "Happy Birthday," a shrill voice shattered
the vibe. "Get out of my face, bitch!"

she was yelling at a woman in

WU-TANG REUNION. Steve Rifkind
hooks up with the Wu for 5th album. "This is the perfect time for
us to come back, the stars are aligned," stated RZA. "It's
like when we first started with Steve. We put out real hip-hop at a
time when it was turning into pop or R&B. We brought the focus back
to the music in its rawest form, without studio polish or radio hooks."
"The energy is just like it was, and it's needed in our industry
same as back then," adds Rifkind. "Over the last few years,
the group has developed a whole new fan base from the new generation
of hip hop fans that never even seen them play." This will be their
5th album. The album titled "8 Diagrams" is slated for a summer
release. "People want something that gives them an adrenaline rush,
we're here to supply that fix. How could hip-hop be dead if Wu-Tang
is forever?"

MYSTIKAL IS A FREE MAN. Mystikal (Michael L. Tyler), has been released from Louisiana Federal Prision, after serving a six year bid in the pen, due to extortion and sexual battery charges. He was given a full term release, and has been placed under court ordered supervision in Middle Louisiana. Let's keep it clean this time around Fam ..even if you were "innocent". |

TWISTA
IS BACK. Twista is in the lab working on his new album Adrenaline
Rush 2010, a title that pays homage to his third album Adrenaline Rush.
Confirmed songs so far include "Bossin" feat. Snoop Dogg,
"How You Feelin" feat. Pharrell, and "Whip Game Proper"
feat. Lil Wayne. The album is rumored to include collabs with R. Kelly,
Cee-Lo, Saigon, Bone, Just Blaze, with the majority of the production
handled by Traxster and Toxic. Nice to hear Twizzy is back in the lab.

*Jermaine Dupri might be heading to Def Jam. Rumor has it, they are negotiating a deal right now.
* Michael Jackson and Dr. Dre are rumored to be working together for the much anticipated
"Detox".
