What’s up people! I’m bizzack! Here to entice you with the low down on what’s transpired this week in the wonderful world of hip-hop. Let’s get right into it!

Pimp C is sorry everyone! He issued a statement to apologize for his harsh remarks: “To all my Atlanta fans and friends, I want to say that I apologize for my statement to Ozone Magazine about Atlanta not being the South. That was a bulls**t statement…Atlanta is and has always been the dirty motherf*****g South. Chuuuch!” While he did apologize for discrediting Atlanta as the “real South,” he did not apologize for defaming several other industry affiliates. He upped the ante by stating that if anyone wanted to go to “war”, he’ll take that person or people to “World War III at the drop of a dime.” From the sounds of things, he’s got more than a few vendettas out for several people. The question is can he back up what he talks?!!!

R.Kelly finally receives a trial date!!! The King of R&B will go to trial on September 17 on multiple counts of child pornography. When the charges were first brought against Kelly, he pleaded not guilty on the grounds that the age of the girl was unknown at the time as well as speculation on whether or not the man in the video was indeed R.Kelly himself. Prosecutors claim that at the time of the video taping, the young woman was only 13 years of age. R.Kelly camp denies that claim. If convicted on all counts, Kelly could face up to 15 years in prison.
